With AI.SEE™ Core, you collect and manage large volumes of quality assurance data and images. AI.SEE™ automatically trains the AI-assisted, self-learning, neural-network-based error-detection algorithm, further improving its accuracy with every new image.
Smart data management
for intelligent production
The AI.SEE™ Core gives you an overview of the status of your entire production. Thanks to smart data mining, you can collect unlimited historical image data, annotations and analyses so that you can also use them for other AI-based systems in the future. Even with large amounts of data, AI.SEE™ enables you to access historical image data within seconds via extensive filter options in the GUI or via software access via HTTP interfaces. The AI.SEE™ Core uses the image and error data to visualise the production quantity and quality rate in a cross-production OEE cockpit and for each production line if required. In addition, the module enables product tracking across multiple process steps by connecting standardised interfaces or, if desired, directly integrated into your web interface as a customisation.

Error annotation
Images can be independently inspected, annotated and individually grouped so that they can be used for training deep learning models. Casting defects, cracks, scratches or dents are reliably recognised.
Ongoing AI training
Neural networks are trained in the background to enable a seamless transition between individual product groups.
Production QA Dashboard
In AI.SEE™, image, error and training data can be managed on clear dashboards and results can be viewed.
AI Model Deployment
AI models can be easily compared, contrasted and deployed in the Line Inspector administration.

The Product Tracker enables seamless and transparent tracking of individual products.

Thanks to the Live View, employees are shown analyses of the inspected component in real time.
System extension with AI.SEE™ Line Inspectors
The AI.SEE™ Core is supplemented and expanded by the AI.SEE™ Line Inspectors - smart cameras and AI analysis tools that are installed per line and managed via the AI.SEE™ Core. The Line Inspectors analyse the incoming images on the line and control the subsequent processes.

Ongoing automated further development of AI
In the AI.SEE™ Core software, you annotate the collected image data - real and synthetic - to continuously develop the self-learning artificial intelligence behind it in retraining sessions. The core also supports easy data understanding by providing insights into image analysis and recognition rates and visualising them with clear metrics.
Smart annotation sorting supports the prioritised annotation of relevant data to avoid having to annotate every image and still maximise the training effect for the models.
Integration into existing systems
In order to integrate AI.SEE™ into existing IT architectures, elunic provides APIs that provide functions such as image upload, download, evaluation, reports, ERP connection and much more.

Operation of AI.SEE™ Core - either online or offline
AI.SEE™ Core – Online
AI.SEE™ Core Online is a cloud-supported portal with a front end and back end on which the collected image data can be annotated in order to continuously develop the underlying self-learning A.I. via the cloud.
AI.SEE™ Core – Offline
As an alternative to the online solution, AI.SEE™ can be operated locally in production with the corresponding hardware, consisting of an industrial computer with a high-performance GPU.
