Plant, line and machine management

With the shoploor.io asset service, you can digitally map and centrally manage ISA 95 production hierarchies and your customers' individual asset hierarchies in a plant and machine management system as digital twins via a graphical user interface. All assets (e.g. plants, lines, machines, stations or components) can be linked to other applications to ensure cross-platform asset management. This records a history of changes within the machine management system, which serves as the necessary basis for predictive maintenance solutions. The digital machine file therefore acts as a central instance for well-founded decisions and efficient asset management, enabling you to increase your productivity and minimize unplanned downtimes.

The shopfloor.io asset manager is a development module that can be used without license restrictions to implement recurring applications. In addition, it can be connected bi-directionally to IoT platforms such as the IoT Hub, the IoT Core and Cumulocity / Adamos as an add-on without replacing them.

The Asset Management Digital Twin module provides a graphical user interface with which end users (and not experts configuring the IoT Hub) can perform machine/line configuration visually in self-service.
