Iterative approach using established design thinking methods
In design thinking workshops, everyone involved in the development process works together. Thanks to the differentiated technical view of our respective domain experts, an overarching understanding and a jointly supported solution can be achieved. In such participative design workshops, the clear objective is to efficiently arrive at a solution idea that is viable both structurally and in terms of usability/usability.
The iterative approach in user-centered design (UCD) applies in particular to the creation of the design solution. In visual design, it is a typical procedure to create interactive designs in prototyping, check click models through early user tests and optimize them step by step. Iteration is therefore one of the most important basic principles in the development of user-friendly interfaces.
In addition, we rely on the creation of user journeys, which include all the steps a user takes to achieve a specific goal with an interactive system. In order to be able to record this process with all steps and experiences, we work with user journey maps to ensure that users achieve their goals efficiently when designing products.
Interaction concepts and application design that inspire
User interfaces in mechanical engineering and production (e.g. as HMI design or IIoT platform design) should above all be clear and easy to understand. In addition to the graphical development of the user interface elements, our focus is always on keeping the user in mind.
With extensive user research, the basis of your application design and user approach is methodically prepared and structured into interaction concepts and usage scenarios. The interaction design optimizes the structural relationships and develops supporting navigation concepts.
